I'm going to a concert in a few weeks and I'm thinking of decorating a tank top. We're going to the Jonas Brothers concert so any ideas on how to design the shirt? WHat else besides spray paint can I use to decorate it and where can i get a plain white tank top?Where can I get a blank tank top (not t-shirt) for a cheap price? Where can I also get spray paint?
I would go to wal-mart for both. Although, I think you need to be 18 to buy spray paint (due to stupid kids huffing the fumes)...since you are going to a Jonas Brothers concert, I am assuming you aren't 18 so you should shop with a parent.
