We are supplying the paint, and the townhouse will be empty...just need a painter to do the work. About 1500 sq.ft, also ceilings, inside all cupboards, and also our kitchen cupboard doors. We'll probably need 2 coats on about half of the surfaces, again the quote shouldn't include the paint just the prep and labour. Can someone in the know give me what might be a ballpark estimate? BTW if it makes any difference I live in Victoria, B.C.What is a fair price for painting a townhouse interior?
A pro will probably run $2.00 per square ft for walls and ceilings.The cupboard will depend on the prep and will probably be on an hourly basis
