I've had great success with Jerry's Art supply, especially the sales. Mister Art.com is another one that sometimes has great prices.

Art Supply Warehouse (ASW) or Cheap Joes. I think Cheap Joes is the best. Utrecht sucks, I was given a gift card and tried to use it. They charged my credit card twice, which they got because they needed it for ';verification purposes';. When I called repeatedly I got the run around was hung up on.
I have bought the Golden Fluid Acrylics, the large 16 oz size @ half off at Cheap Joes.
