I definitely opt for Walmart. Their paint prices are $8 to $14 (beats $25 to $35) a gallon and their paint is just as good. They will also color match for you for free. AND take back the paint if you find out it wasn't the right color (of course as long as you haven't used it except maybe a dot on the wall..you know what I mean).
Be sure to bring lots of samples home before having them mix the paint. Paint always looks different in the store. Put tape on the back of several paint chips (of the color you think you want) and tape them to different walls throughout the room. Keep it there so that you can observe how the paint chip changes colors in all different light, day and night.Where can i buy room paint for a cheap price? What stores sell them besides home depot?
go to your local trade places like leyland ,crown,dulux CENTRE,
there dotted everywhere and are open to the public.
it will be better quality at a good low price.
stay away from the farrow and ball and designer brands there useless paint with an expensive name.johnstones and dulux are good
Home Depot, Lowes, Walmart all sell interior paint and for about the lowest prices around. Paint stores carry their own paint and sometimes a couple others, but the prices are nearly always much higher.
I like Lowe's and Home Depot, the will do color matching if you need it and the paint is rated as top notch.
Go to any professional paint store. Vista, Frazzer, or Dunn Edwards and ask for their Track grade paint. It is what contractors use as a cheap paint. If you want a better Quality paint have them explain their next step up all the way to their best. At some point you need to decide what dollar amount you want to spend and qualityy of material.
Home depot and Lowe's are to overpriced.
