How much do you have? If it's just a partial can, leave it open and let it harden and then just throw it in the trash (that's what the local waste management people say to do and they're fussy about hazmat stuff).
If you have a full can I agree with the other poster, try donating it. See if you have something like the Habitat for Humanity ReStore near you.
home depot has a product that will harden the paint in the can. once it dries up you can trash can it
