figure the square footage of the six rooms. in Indiana, most painters charge between $.50 to $.75 a sq. ft. this price should also include paint, labor, and any other materials. you may also be out more money for any drywall repair, doors and frames, baseboards, etc...this should give you somewhat of a ballpark figure.
It would depend on what kind of paint you will be choosing to use, also it would depend if you planded on texturing your walls. Plus are there any walls that have repairs that need to be done. But I would have to say that 6 rooms int would call for primer,paint,masking tape,tarps,paper,brushe's,patch mudd,roler set- enless you would want to spray. Standard 1 gallon of paint covers 400 sq ft if rolled/250 if sprayed.Six rooms if a person was to do it themselves would cost them around 105$ to 135$ depending on the bran/where you purchase.
