I know it is different in every area. I want a room with 4 straight walls painted (about 12x12). I am going to call around this week but I was curious about an average. I would do it myself but I am not that good.

I'd suggest looking a Miami contractor's website. They can give you a pretty accurate estimate. Depending on the size of the house, I'd agree with the above comment.
